We process data to: reply to enquiries, prepare quotes/proformas, perform contracts, meet accounting duties and protect against abuse (anti-spam). Legal bases: contract / pre-contractual steps, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
4. Retention
Enquiries — until communication is complete and for a reasonable period afterwards; contracts and invoices — according to accounting law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records).
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with an accountant, courier/transport, the hosting provider and Cloudflare (cookie-less analytics), only as needed. We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses necessary session cookies for the form and administration, and a language-preference cookie if you choose a language. We do not use third-party marketing cookies.
For visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies and no fingerprinting. The script collects aggregated data (page viewed, referrer, device type, country, basic speed metrics) so we can understand how the site is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can block the script in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (where applicable), restriction, objection and portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
