These terms govern the use of stolovebg.com and the relationship arising from enquiries and orders placed with Тоуда ООД (the “Trader”).
1. Subject
The site presents a catalog of wooden chairs and tables, intended primarily for restaurants, hotels and venues (HoReCa), as well as for end customers. Orders are fulfilled after a tailored quote / proforma or under confirmed cash-on-delivery terms.
2. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through the “Request a quote” form does not automatically form a contract. A contract arises after confirmation by the Trader (an accepted quote / a paid proforma / explicit written consent).
We aim to reply to enquiries within 1 business day.
3. Prices
Prices on the site are shown in euro (EUR) and in Bulgarian lev (BGN) at the official rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. The final price for larger quantities may be individual and will be stated on the proforma.
4. Colours and upholstery
On larger orders it is possible to mix wood colours and/or upholstery in a single delivery, as specified in the quote.
5. Payment
Available methods are set in the site settings and may include bank transfer against a proforma and/or cash on delivery. The specific method is stated in the quote.
6. Intellectual property
The site content (text, photos, logo) is protected. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.
